Rosalee Jewelry appreciates that jewelry is meant to reflect your own style and personality. The custom jewelry design process is a way to work together to create jewelry as unique as you are.
Understanding Your Vision
The first phase of our custom jewelry design process is understanding who you are and what you want. We dedicate time to know your style likes, sources of inspirations or ideas that you might have about your custom piece. It can be a classic engagement ring, a keepsake pendant, or a fabulous pair of earrings; it is our goal to make meaningful pieces of art.

For our custom pieces we only source the best materials, which include conflict-free diamonds, precious metals and gemstones. Our ethical sourcing guarantees the quality of our materials and represents the principles of sustainability and conscientiousness.
Custom Design Process
Booking
Booking is free and easy to set up with our booking calendar. We are excited to meet you and discuss your ideas and how we can create your dream ring. Don't worry if you don't know exactly what you want, we are here to help. This is a low pressure meeting to get to know each other and see if we are a good fit.
Design Consultation
You will meet with our designer, Amanda, who has over 10 years of experience in jewelry design and manufacturing. In this consultation we will discuss design ideas, materials, gemstones, and any unique details that you want to include in your custom piece. We aim to produce a design that goes beyond your expectations and captures the true meaning of the piece.
Custom Design Process
Following the design consultation, we begin the custom design process. With a blend of modern-day technology and traditional craftsmanship methods, we transform your design to a highly detailed CAD (Computer-Aided Design) model. This enables you to see the final product before it is made, so that every detail is just right.
Stone Sourcing
Having access to thousands of Diamonds, Lab Diamonds, Moissanites Sapphires and other gemstones allows us to find the perfect stones to finish your custom jewelry piece. Based on our conversation and learning what is most important to you, we source the best stones for you to view and pick from. You will be able to view in person before moving forward.
Manufacturing
After the stones and design have been approved we begin to manufacture the piece. It will be cast, set, polished and checked for quality before final delivery. Expect custom pieces to take about 5-8 weeks to complete from start to finish. The time it takes to approve a design will greatly impact the delivery time.
Delivery
Once completed we will set up a time for you to come in and pick up your finished custom jewelry.
If you are from out of town and we worked virtually we will ship the completed piece at no charge via FedEx.

Free Consultation
Meet in our Private Design Studio in Downtown Davenport. In this private, laid back setting we will discuss your custom ideas and try on samples without interruptions. We will go over different design styles, the 4 C's of diamonds and different materials that can be used. You are welcome to bring your own stones or heirlooms that you may want to incorporate in your new piece. This meeting is to get to know each other, the story you want to tell with your jewelry, and have fun.
2 Year Warranty
Our 2 year workmanship warranty will cover any issues as it relates to the craftmanship of your jewelry. Please contact us with any issues as soon as you notice them.
Jewelry Care
Each custom piece comes with an at home cleaning kit. This includes a foam cleanser, gentle brush and polishing cloth. This will help you to keep your ring sparkling all the time!
