Yes, to provide the best possible service we are by appointment only. Each appointment is tailored to you, for example if you are looking for wedding bands we will have all of the wedding bands out along with our men's wedding band builder. If you are coming in to view diamonds or other gemstones(after a conversation of what you are looking for) we will have the loupe and viewing light out along with the stones hand selected for you.

We do occasionally do sip & shop and other events that don't require an appointment. If you would like to be notified of these events please join the mailing list or follow us on social media.

The studio is usually set up for 2 guests during a design appointment, however I do have additional chairs that can be brought in for the appointment. Please let us know when booking if there will be additional guests joining.

We are located on the second floor of 221 E 2nd St in Downtown Davenport. We share an entrance with Nehlsen Communications which has a large orange sign in the shape of a circle.

Please be aware that there isn't an elevator and you would need to go up a flight of stairs. If this would be difficult for you we could set up a virtual appointment or possible make other arrangements. Please contact us with any concerns.

You will be greeted at the design studio and offered something to drink. All samples will be laid out at a table and you will sit down with our designer, Amanda.

Our magnetic sample set allows you to try on different shapes and sizes of stones on a various bands so you can try many styles and see what you like.

You can also view our collection of exclusive Rosalee Jewelry engagement rings that are designed in house. These rings are already set with lab diamonds and can be sized at no charge.

Everything that we do is custom and we encourage you to be creative and bring your own ideas. Our designer, Amanda, will listen to what you like and give you ideas to create something unique. She will answer any questions on the 4 C's, lab vs natural diamonds or any gemstones you may be considering.

After this first design appointment you may decide to move forward with either setting up an appointment for stone viewing or have Amanda create a design for your approval.

All Appointments are free and no pressure. We really just love talking about jewelry and we aim to provide you the best information to help you decide what is right for you.

There is usually plenty of street parking. In rare cases that street parking isn't available there is a free parking lot on River Drive between Pershing and Perry. You could also park in the River Center Parking Garage on 2nd and Perry

We have a large collection of customizable Engagement Rings and Men's & Women's Wedding bands to help inspire your custom design.

You will be greeted at the design studio and offered something to drink. All samples will be laid out at a table and you will sit down with our designer, Amanda.

Our Men's bands have many unique options with traditional and non traditional materials. You will learn about the different materials and work with the ring builder to dream up your custom ring.

We have a wide variety of Women's sample wedding bands and you will learn about custom options. We can even create custom wedding bands to fit flush with your engagement.

We have several gift options such as diamond bracelets, 14k gold chains and bracelets and earrings. There is a collection of lab diamond engagement rings, fashion rings and one of a kind pendants that are available for immediate purchase. All rings can be sized for free.

You will be greeted at the design studio and offered something to drink. All samples will be laid out at a table and you will sit down with our designer, Amanda.

If you have an heirloom we will inspect it and let you know if it would be something we can work with. Generally we will be able to use all diamonds and gemstones but likely we won't be able to the metal. Most jewelry that has been worn has been soldered which can cause issues if it hasn't been refined before casting. You can choose to keep your unused metal or use it as credit toward your project.

You are encouraged to bring images of jewelry pieces that you like or jewelry from your collection so we can get a sense of your jewelry style. We will go over a few ideas with you and discuss what is possible.

We will get you a quote either during this appointment or shortly after depending on if we need to locate additional stones, stone refinishing, etc. If you decide to move forward Amanda will design your piece in 3D CAD software and send you a render. You will approve the image or make changes until you love the design.

All service dogs and well behaved furry friends are welcome. Please let us know if you plan to bring any animals when you make your appointment.
